add minimal e2e workflow to test full LVH VM pipeline #363
Description
Right now we don't have a full test cycle that exposes LVH changes to how they will be used in a consuming project (eg Cilium CI).
Ideally the LVH CI would test the minimal parts of how such CI workflows use the LVH infrastructure. So that we have confidence that an innocent LVH action change doesn't break downstream workflows.
