Cloudflare MCP Portals do not return tools for MCP Portals

Describe the bug

https://mcp-dry-run.kennyatx.com/mcp will not return valid tools in the MCP Playground

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Paste in https://mcp-dry-run.kennyatx.com/mcp into the MCP configuration on MCP Playground using the Qwen model
2. Connect >1 of the MCP Servers in portal

Expected behavior
The set of tools for the downstream MCP server should show up in the AI Playground
