I have Polis up and running on my AWS docker instance with KeyCloak and it works! But I am the ONLY user at this time and I don't have admin privileges. I've spent a lot of time trying various things -- direct database update for my uid, various permutations of the .env parameters, etc. But every time I try "topic mod" I get: Your account does not have the permissions to view this page. And, of course, I created the conversation which I am not authorized to moderate. ChatGPT looked helpful but got stuck in a loop trying the same things over and over and over. Mod the .env. the docker-compose.yml, rebuild... My admin bundle looks fine, cookies look fine. Any hints? I am probably missing something quite obvious.

A hardcoded superadmin exists in development (eg make start default experience).

If you are deploying a polis instance somewhere, you can probably use a free-tier Auth0 account fairy easily, but in theory any OIDC auth provider could be used.
Topic Mod was in experimental alpha and is unfinished. I removed it from the client-admin menu for now.
Also, in the time since you wrote this I made some general improvements and bug fixes to how client-admin handles authentication.
