Category cards on home page no longer shifts down satisfyingly on click

Category cards on the home page no longer seem to shift down when clicking on them. This seems to be a visual regression caused by the fluidity PR (#59), since that added a `transform: translateY(0)` as part of the staggering animation. Maybe that is overriding the translation on click. 

This needs to be fixed.
