Publish of version 2.1.5 to Maven

I have been using the Excel extension https://github.com/concordion/concordion-excel-extension for my use case for about a year now and we are getting great feedback from our stakeholders. 

We are now planning to go big bang and move a large lot of our microservices to use CEE, one of the items I would like to fix before that is eliminating vulnerable POI version (4.1.1).

I see this was already fixed by tiago vide 941f7b1

However it seems this update is not published yet to Mvn central - can you please help?
