Ability to open "Element index" Matrix in standalone page.

Since Craft 5 introduced the ability to display Matrix fields as an "Element index", I've been experimenting with using such Matrix fields as "nested sections", which is a nifty feature if you have a simple enough model and just want to, say, nest a channel in a single that acts as the channel's index.

Now, I realise that's maybe not the primary goal of having this UI in the first place, but, since it's there, can we have the ability to view this nested section/matrix as a standalone page, entry index style, with sticky header and maybe even pagination? That would help accommodate a larger number of entries in the field and also, crucially, would enable direct linking from other panel pages.

UI wise, you could locate this in the matrix "action" menu.

Finaly, IMO this would be a nice complementarty feature to #17966, in terms of achieving parity between nested and top-level entries 😉
