Argo's discovered CRDs are empty

Picking ClusterWorkflowTemplate as an example, the discovered schema is almost empty.

Yes and no. Argo CD provides two types of CRDs: "full" and "minimal." It seems that in your case, the minimal CRD was picked up. Ideally, the full CRD would be preferred over the minimal one. Currently, I'd assume this behavior hasn't been defined yet, which is causing your issue.
