Create Navbar (Lo-Fi)

Description

Navigation on the website is somewhat clunky how it is now, so we would like to implement a navbar to make navigation smoother! Create a navbar component listing tabs for User Info and NPO Details. We'll add more tabs/pages in the future so make sure your design is scalable to account for that! Follow the Figma below for the Lo-Fi navbar design.
