Implement User Information Modification (Lo-Fi)

Description

It'd be nice to have our developers and designers to update their own information if they feel the need to change it! So we want to implement a way for people can update information on the User Info Page (user_info.jsx). Check the Figma before making any design decisions.

Action Items

• Use existing endpoints at user_info.js to let users update their contact information or assigned project
  • Changing email should be done through a textbox
  • Changing project should be done through a dropdown of existing projects from npo_info.js
