[Documentation] Problem with comment

Hi, i have a problem with understanding two parts of comments in your code. Let me explain what you mean:

1. "primary injectory orifices were drilled by shaped machining"
2. "secondary injector orifices were drilled prior to first test"
3. "tertiary injectory orifices are new orifices to be drilled"
