If the user changes the extraction form after they have already started extracting (have papers in progress or completed) - error appears and will not allow them to add. This is usually because they have changed the drop down options and the old or new value cannot be matched up. Also cannot delete old values. Currently, the solution is for Colandr team to remove the extracted data and have the review team start fresh and also to recommend to users to test their extraction form BEFORE starting in Colandr.
