Cannot reconcile datafile export with a citation manager

Users sometimes want to get a list of include or excluded citations as a file that can be imported into a citation manager, but the export file is a csv. As a workaround, Colandr users have created add-ons and helper scripts/instructions for others to convert file formats. The Colandr companion also has a function for RIS export but doesn’t always find all the citations so still has some for manual search.
