Improve Contribution Process

We're looking to streamline the contribution process for our project. Key challenges include difficult test setups, unstable snapshot tests, and insufficient linter documentation, all of which create barriers for contributors.

• Simplify test setup instructions to make testing straightforward.
• Address snapshot test instability and asset hash issues.
• Provide clear documentation for linters and coding standards.
