Monorepo support with multiple deployment pipelines in the same repo

Currently there is no support for having multiple deployment pipelines in the same repo. Would be nice to add that based on file paths of git diff.

It's also possible to do it based on labels on Linear issue but that could lead to problems with improperly labeled Linear issues.
