Card does not properly adhere to rows setting #872

Description of problem:
The card does not adhere to the rows settings on the sections dashboard properly, this is with rows: 2:
As you can see, it's slightly larger than the other cards, even though it's just whitespace. Precipitation chance and amount are disabled, so is wind, otherwise I'd understand why it's getting oversized.

Additional information:
It'd be nice if it could fit the two rows at least with precipitation/wind info disabled. Even better if it could fit with that info enabled, but I don't see how.
This is one of my most favorite widgets btw, nice job!
