Anyone also with problems to type in the tilde (~) character?

While testing some of the latest builds of Zed for Windows, I found out that I'm not able to type the tilde character, nor use it as an accent in letters, like à or Õ, it just doesn't work.

Did anyone also have the same problem and found a way around it?
