[Bug]: Deleting SuperUser Bug

What happened?

This happens on a fresh DNN 10.1.1 & a DNN 10.1.0 upgraded to 10.1.1

When creating a DNN user and then promoting them to superuser. If you delete that superuser account, the account dosen't show up with the normal strike-through on the DNN Persona Bar users-list nor when you switch the dropdown to view deleted users. You will see the account in the authorized filter and then can click to permanantly delete via the 3dots dropdown. I tested with a non-superuser type account and that does not happen.

Steps to reproduce?

1. Create a user via Users from Persona Bar
2. Promote to superuser
3. Delete this user
4. Note that user does not appear in deleted "Show Filter"
5. User appears in "Authorized Filter" with no strike-through
6. Can still permanantly delete from step5 though.

Current Behavior

No response

Expected Behavior

The user once deleted should appear in the deleted filter with strike-through.

This might be a super-minor thing visually but reporting in case behind the scenes there's deeper implications i'm not aware of.

10.1.1 (latest v10 release)
