not sure the idea is google idea so like is not made to do this

Not exactly, I mean to revert all the changes to gentoo that google made to get stock gentoo linux.

If your device is supported by mr.chromebox you could install his custom UEFI firmware and then install the Gentoo distro.

I have an ARM chromebook, so I will probably just stick to chromeOS.

Sounds like a good plan.
You could buy a reasonably priced Linux laptop as an alternative.
