Setting the cache folder in Blender 50 beta

After adding the plugin BlenderGIS in Blender 5.0 beta, I can no longer set the cache folder in the Preferences settings. I can pick a folder in the popup but after clicking the Accept button, the field stays empty. In 4.5. it works as expected. Could be a Blender issue...

I ran into this same issue and found the root cause - Blender 5.0 removed IDProperties support from AddonPreferences.

The fixed addon is attached and tested on Blender 5.0. Cache folder setting now works perfectly!
