Add option to ignore files

Hi, thanks for this great extension!

I was wondering would it be possible to have settings to ignore certain files?

For example, I usually have few pinned markdown files like notes.md, todo.md, etc where I scribble stuff and I don't really need those files saved. Currently I remove those files manually when I save the layout
