[FEATURE REQUEST] - CFG Files Cleanup

**What problem does the feature request solve?**
When installing many mods, you get a lot of config files but when you remove a mod the config file still here, so it would be cool to add a option for cleaning all the unused config files when a mod is not here

**Example mock-up (optional)**
Like the "Clean mod cache" option but for cfg files
