[Story] Indicate failed messages in the room list

Description

As a user
I want to see in the room list if the room has any messages that are failed to send
So that I would be aware of that even if I am no longer in the room and can see what to do to fix the issue

This applies whenever there's at least one message that has failed to send. A red exclamation mark is shown next to the room name with a red text that message failed to send.
