Simulated conversation doesn't end, agent trasnsfer too.

Hi! I was trying to create a test with simulated conversation
https://elevenlabs.io/docs/agents-platform/guides/simulate-conversations

yet it seems that agent can't run this kind of tool.

Also i tried to force agent to switch to another and it seems that he can't make a toolcall / workflow step.

What should i do? Is that a bug or a feature?
