Bridging pipeline gap between raw data and bpmodels-ready inputs

bpmodels basically accepts onset times as input. To obtain the onset times, a series of data cleaning and disaggregation steps must be conducted. Suggestion:

• Reduce data wrangling of bpmodels inputs by enabling bpmodels to accept at best, a cleaned linelist with onset dates, or onset times, or at worst, case count time series.
  • If data is a time series, there's a need for packages/methods to "simulate" onset times in conjunction with the time series.
    - [ ] maybe, bpmodels should be able to accept a time series and internally simulate the onsets. Are there packages available for doing this step?
