'Download Logs' resets the device

Version: 10.1.1

Thank you for this fantastic project.

I have some M5Stack devices that work well with esp-web-tools, specifically I have tested with:
* M5StickC Plus2
* M5Core2 v1.1

I have never noticed until now, but:
* 'Connect' to device
* Select 'Logs & Console'
* Click 'Download Logs'
   * device resets with 'POWERON_RESET'

Is this expected behaviour?
