Wow the plugin is already great but to be able to really use it in a coding environment or systems development environment it would be great to be able to link to different vscode:excalidraw files. Typically we would document or create a system digram per "service" and have a controller that calls multiple services in order to satisfy a specific endpoint. Services are objects that could be used in many places so redrawing them each time is not optimal....
In the attached (excalidraw in obsidian) the blue rectangles link to individual drawings (that might also have links) to represent one endpoint. This way when any of the sub modules or services change or are updated it is automatically reflected where they are used.
Would prefer to use excalidraw directly in vscode vs having to switch to obsidian each time.
