With a quick glance the failure seems strange.

#17 ERROR: error writing layer blob: failed to parse error response 502:

There are strange messages such as (this seems to come from primer, GitHub's UI):

Hello future GitHubber! I bet you're here to remove those nasty inline styles,
DRY up these templates and make 'em nice and re-usable, right?

And the base64 images does not help for the readability. I will check this during the week(-end?).

Furthermore, I do not know why dependabot did not include the release / change log.

Edit: it seems that rerunning the job was enough. Let's bet on a spurious failure.
