Breaks on whitespace in Python path on Windows

When selecting the interpreter path the extension stumbles upon white space in the path for the Python interpreter on Windows.

Example output:

[info] Python Path retrieved c:\folder with white space\.venv/Scripts/python.exe
Error: command "C:\folder" not found
