Improvements to macro categories #1689

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Having the macros in a category inherit some settings from the category would be super helpful and avoid setting certain config options on every macro individually.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if macro categories can gain two functionalities:
- Set the color for all macro buttons in a category through a setting
- Show/Hide the category (and all contained macros) based on the printer status (ready/paused/printing)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Setting up each macro individually.
