Sign Now pop up overlapping navbar and public money, public code showing below each other

The internal referencing sign now button on the top left side of the website is overlapping with the navbar and the public money, public code written in the navbar are one below another and not parallel

I see both the public money and public code labels placed beside each other.

Then maybe it's a issue caused by screen width variation and need some changes in bootstrap.
