(UI) Creation of history of jobs queued history page for an upload #255

Description
The jobs queued history page for an upload is not implemented in the current UI as of now. I'd like to work on this.
Tasks to be completed ---
- Create the static UI using reusable components.
- Integrate the API from feat(API):
/jobs/history?upload={id}GET route to get the history of all the jobs queued based on an upload fossology#2307 - Test Everything.
