Striped SSD as cache + striped HDD

Is it possible to make such a configuration?

I'm having the same question as I got 3 SSD's I would like to be striped that then goes to two large HDD'S which I then would like to have as a single storzge volume utilising the raid0 ssd as the cache for the raid0 hdd's behind it.

Is this possible, and if so how exactly?
