Description
I have the time tracking set to: 'The timer starts when the user views the conversation, the timer pauses when the user navigates away from the conversation.'
I find this immensely helpful because I do not need to remember to start the timer.
However if I start working on the ticket e.g. open a new tab and debug something for a client, the timer doesn't continue recording my time. Is this the intended functionality? When using this setting it only records while you are viewing the ticket tab?
I see in the changelog it says, '1.0.5 Fix - Stop timer when the conversation tab looses focus.' So is there any way for me to set it up to continue tracking even when working in another tab/window, as long as the ticket is still open in its tab?
For example, I may work on a ticket for 40 minutes in other tabs/windows, but when I return to FreeScout tab it only shows 2-3 minutes logged.
