Implement mass-activation of courses #102
Description
Currently for the enrollment of courses to start someone has to activate all courses manually. This is extremely time-consuming and can cause problems because the first course will likely be the first one to be full if there's a group of students already waiting.
A manual solution could just offer a form where you can modify the active-ness of all courses that are not archived.
