移动端（准确来讲是ipad的webview）mouseup失效 #588
Description
场景为在ipad的webview（由于条件有限，猜测移动端有此问题）
未引入fastclick，手指点击屏幕，离开屏幕时触发mouseup事件
引入fastclick后，同上操作不能触发mouseup事件，手指按下快速移动特别小一段距离抬起才能触发mouseup事件。
