[GA2] Make resources file downloadable via Select Workflow page #932
Description
We have some files that can be really useful for users to have access to, specially if they aren't using galaxy:
- 2bit file
- fasta file
- repeatmodeler
We will try to to extend the right column with this information
Renaming Resource to: Portal Resources
Adding a new section called: Analysis Resources
