Backlog Review: Collection of Stale/Open Issues

@bgruening suggested to collect a list of Issues that we would like to address in one place:

• Ability to search and filter for events and news using tags, dates, keywords, word matching, ... • Support footnote markdown for writting posts. Described in: Old footnote syntax does not work (from imported blog posts) #1996
• Add a redirect_from feature which does the reverse of redirect. Described in: [wishlist] redirect_from in addition to redirect #1130
• In the tab bar, show the subdomain name. Described in: Adjusting tab names to reflect current usegalaxy branch usegalaxy-eu/website#189
• Search and list workflows. Described in: Events horizon searching feature #2200 , List all IWC workflows automatically #1617

I think one of the features that we really need for a long time is the search and filter based on tags. Could we get something similar to this search page from GTN?
