ToolShed API - up to date URL?

Sorry I may be simply getting confused, what is the a full working URL of the ToolShed API?

Based on the documentation, I'd guess https://galaxyproject.org/toolshed/api/repositories/ should work, but it seems not.

The tool shed is at http://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/, first link at https://galaxyproject.org/toolshed/api/. All of that documentation is very much out of date and should be removed though.
