Make logs command sort logs by timestamp

Rather than sorting them by container, it would be nice to interweave the logs and sort them by timestamp (with the option to sort by container if desired). This will require some context on the timestamps of the logs, but assuming we can get that, it shouldn't be too difficult and I believe it will improve the UX of the command.
