Validate inbound DSNs on startup #14
Description
Currently, an invalid (non 32b hex) public key can be used on an inbound key config. Mirror will launch, but will not accept traffic to that key.
We should either log and possibly error out on start if an invalid key is provided, or loosen the runtime checks for the keys and accept an arbitrary public key that's defined in the config.
