Logs page shows violation of chronological order when scrolling #102950

Steps to Reproduce
A customer reported that while scrolling the logs page, the list of logs temporarily shifts out of chronological order. Some log entries appear to move or reorder themselves incorrectly, disrupting the expected chronological flow.
Please find a video attached to the internal Linear ticket, I was able to reproduce this as well using the customer's org - once the Logs view reloads, the items are reordered.
Expected Result
Logs should remain in strict chronological order during scrolling
Actual Result
When scrolling with the mouse, log entries visually shift and appear out of order
