Update docs to match changes

There have been many changes since the last doc update. Most everything is out of date. The pictures all need to be replaced. A few new commands need to be added. Maybe features should be put behind a details tag? Either way, the docs should be updated.

I disagree, making headers a <details> looks extremely weird because of all the space around it (see #155 for example).

I think that looks fine. But it also looks fine to have all the commands fully displayed. In that case, they should be the last thing in the README. And it currently is.
