Display codeowner for a file

Hi!

I quite often find myself looking for the owner of a file, as defined in CODEOWNERS. I usually have to go to Github to look it up, which is one extra step in the chain. There is a couple of extensions that do this, but as I am using Cursor, they do not seem to be available via the marketplace. Maybe this feature is suitable for GitLens?
