Tooltip rendering under file name in "commit file changed" view #4732

Description

How to reproduce:

  • go to the gitlense "commit graph inspect: commit details" (next to terminal by default).
  • find the file changed view
  • Make sure the "Commit graph" is also expanded to that the inspect pane is compressed to the right
  • select a commit with multiple files changes
  • Hover the icons next a changed file any of: "Open file", "Open Changes with Working File", "Open on Remote"
    After hovering the tooltip should appear but it will render under the name of the next file (see screenshot):
