Does not explain welcome

Sugar has a welcome sequence that may ask for a nickname, colour preference, and at some places age and gender.

However, the Help activity documentation says nothing about this.

One reason is that by the time the activity is started, the questions have been answered.

However, help.sugarlabs.org contains the same content, so it would be helpful to have the welcome sequence explained.
