this is something that was a consequence of backend cookie assignment.

I assume you use a reverse proxy -- so youll need to configure it to pass the Host or use X-Forwarded-Host header:

I used the original Filebrowser on the keenetic giga kn 1012, with only 0.0.0.0:8080 in the config so that it listens to all interfaces and then throws it through the web interface on the domain provided by keenetic and everything worked. I would not like to install something like nginx on entware. Please tell me if there is any way around this.

The cookie is handled by the back, it uses the host domain from the request.

The issue you are experiencing indicates there IS a proxy in between FileBrowser Quantum and your browser.

What provider do you use to host FileBrowser? Cloud flare? I believe by default cloud flare does forward Host as required. So I assume it's something else.

But the issue is that you have a proxy in between FileBrowser and your web browser that's not forwarding the host header properly.
