Whit Ext 4.2.0 beta i got this error : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'getTableTpl' of undefined

I got the same problem. Looks like TableChunker was removed from Ext 4.2.0

👍 on Ext 4.2.1
There is bug in ButtonSegment when it is added to toolbar.

buttons get classes:

x-btn-default-small x-btn-default-small-icon-text-left 

but they should get:

x-btn-default-toolbar-small x-btn-default-toolbar-small-icon-text-left

unfortunately I was unable to fix this.
Could You please take a look?
