Matter Server logs go back only about 75 minutes regardless of number of entries

Describe the issue you are experiencing

My Matter Server log (System → Logs → Matter Server) is not displaying entries more than about 75 minutes old, no matter how few log entries there are. For example, I might get three log entries at 13:42 and 5 more at 14:02. At around 75 minutes later, the three entries from 13:42 disappear. Then 20 minutes later, the rest disappear. The results is that most of the time that I try to view the logs I see “No errors have been reported.” This makes it difficult for me to troubleshoot when I can’t go back very far in the logs.
