Bad alignment of ha-label on quick bar

Introduced by #27613 the labels now align differently on the quick bar:

So, adding a ha-tooltip element could cause this vertical shift? Will check it.
Strange that adding tooltips in other places for ha-label did not cause this shift.

I ran a git bisect and it appears to have came from that PR, not gone into too much detail after that though. It might be a tweak needed in quick bar, if center alignment shouldn't be set in ha-label

Tested the fix, looks OK, although do not understand how this fix works )))
