docs: cleanup readme and point to Honeybadger docs #228
Description
Just as we do for other client integrations (https://github.com/honeybadger-io/honeybadger-js/tree/master/packages/js):
- add a Documentation and Support section to point to Honeybadger docs and
- cleanup the readme file
